The petitioner has assailed the order dated 25th February, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Special (POCSO) Court, Howrah in Special TR No.02 of 2022 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against him. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that the petitioner was on bail and failed to appear before the learned trial Court on 25th February, 2025 for which warrant of arrest was issued against him. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Trial Court within seven days from date. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court within seven days from date, he shall be allowed to remain on the same bond.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Trial Court within the stipulated time frame, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The order dated 25th February, 2025 is quashed/set aside.

The revisional application being CRR 1325 of 2025 is disposed of.
