In the cause title of the said order, the number of the writ petition has been erroneously recorded as 8WPA 7294 of 20219 in place and stead of 8WPA 7297 of 20219.

The error is typographical in nature and the correction is ministerial in nature.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order dated 17th December, 2025. The other part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
