1. Present writ petition has been filed alleging inaction on the part of the police authorities to extend necessary assistance in view of the fact that the defendant of a suit vide Title Suit no. 8 of 2015 declined to obey the order of injunction passed by the learned trial court on 21st May 2015 I am of the view that with the passage of time the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed.

2. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
