This revisional application has been filed by the plaintiffs in Misc. Case No.39 of 2011 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24Parganas. The misc. case arises out of an application under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1955.

It appears that the misc. case is at the stage of arguments.

Without going into the merits and without going into the contentions of the petitioners, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Court below to dispose of the Misc. Case No.39 of 2011 expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

The learned Court below shall proceed in accordance with law and independently.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners is directed to serve copies of this revisional application upon the opposite parties along with a server copy of this order immediately.

The revisional application is disposed of.
