And In Re : Sabed Sk. @ Sadikul Sekh ...... petitioner Mr. M. Hossain Chowdhury Ms. M. Alam ....for the petitioner Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta ....for the State There are call details recording of conversations between the petitioner and the person arrested with the intermediate quantity of narcotic.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1144 of 2023 is dismissed.
