This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of her representation dated August 13, 2018.

I have heard learned Counsel for the appearing parties.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad, to pass a reasoned order upon consideration of the representation dated August 13, 2018 made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving

the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of passing such reasoned order.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for allegations made in the writ petitioner are deemed not to have been admitted.
