Having regard to the fact that the investigating authorities have already submitted report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the same has been accepted by the jurisdictional court, I am of the view that the revisional application further is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.R.R.834 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
