The present revisional application was preferred in connection with Sessions Trial Case No.12/June/09 arising out of Chandrokona Police Station Case No.89 of 2008 dated 13-10-2008.

Pursuant to the order dated 01-09-2021, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, appearing for the State, has submitted a report. Let the report be taken on record. It reflects from the said report that the accused persons were acquitted of the charges. Having regard to the aforesaid fact, the revisional application has become infructuous. As such, CRR 836 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
