The petitioner complains that the Keshpur P.S. has not registered FIR against the private respondent despite requisite complaints. From the report of the police dated 3rd May, 2023 it appears from the report that FIR No. 89 of 2023 dated 10.02.2023 has been registered. The forged documents have been seized.

Admittedly, the land belongs to co-sharers. The private persons are admittedly a co-sharers in the property. The petitioner may apply before the civil Court for partition of the property in accordance with law.

A copy of the report of the Keshpur P.S. dated 03.05.2023 is taken on record.

The Keshpur P.S. shall also ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
