Chakraborty .... for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the leaned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No. 379 of 2022 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheet appended to this application this Court finds that the plaintiff no.3 has already filed the examination-in-chief as P.W.-1 on 2nd July, 2024 and 5th March, 2025 has been fixed for evidence of P.W.-1.

Mr. Lahiri, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the hearing of the suit is being adjourned from time to time.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned senior advocate for the petitioners, C.O. 1007 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No. 379 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. No order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
