Petitioner complains that there was inaction on the part of the police authorities and to that effect information was furnished to the Officer-in-Charge of the police station as well as the Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate on 18.02.2025.

Prima facie, it reflects that a case was registered. Petitioner now claims for restoration of possession.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner is aggrieved by certain change of circumstances, petitioner would file a fresh representation before the police authorities. Police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6391 of 2025 is disposed of.
