that the petitioners has been adhering to the conditions imposed in the order dated 08.05.2025 while releasing the petitioners on bail. Report submitted by the State reflects that there is no adverse complaint so far as the present petitioners are concerned. Considering the same, I am of the view that the conditions imposed while granting bail to the petitioner on 08.05.2025 is hereby waived. However, this will not prevent the learned trial court to impose any conditions for ensuring the presence of the petitioners in course of the trial. Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
