The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the order dated 25th November, 2024.

The case number recorded in the order sheet has been wrongly mentioned as WPA 6941 of 2023. The same ought to be read as WPA 6941 of 2024.

3. The sentence in the sixth paragraph at page 2 of the said order "the representation dated 31st January, 2024 though mentions the proper amount in figures but in words the same has been incorrectly mentioned" was inadvertently recorded and the same stands deleted.

The order dated 25th November, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
