In Re : An application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This revisional application has been preferred in respect of an order dated 07.02.2012 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Serampore under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the nature of the proceedings, I am of the view that by efflux of time, the same has become infructuous.

As such, the revisional application being CRR 855 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
