I find that sufficient cause has been shown for recalling of the order dated 19.09.2022 and for restoration of the writ application.

Therefore, the order of dismissal for default dated 19.09.2022 is recalled and the writ application is restored to its original file and number.

The application being CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

The petitioner has challenged the hearing report passed by the Chairman, D. P. S. C., Purulia dated 10th July, 2019 bearing Memo No. 9853 (3). I do not find any infirmity in this order and,

therefore, I hold that the report is appropriate and the writ application is dismissed.
