Mrs. Sabita Khutia (Bhunya) ..for the petitioner The petitioner has received the arrear pension. Her claim is for interest on the said amount. This court is not inclined to pass any order for interest on the said amount of money which she has already received.

Therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.
