1. In this PIL the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to the concerned authorities to forthwith stop the drainage water over the land in question and ancillary reliefs are also claimed. The petitioner himself pleaded from paragraphs two onwards that a litigation in this regard is already pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

2. During the course of hearing also, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly informed that the said matter is still pending.

3. As per paragraph two, the petitioner himself is a party in O.A. No.446 of 2018 (LRTT) before the said Tribunal.

4. After having chosen a forum in which petitioner is an "aggrieved person", we are not inclined to entertain this PIL.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the prosecution being O.A. NO.446 of 2018 (LRTT).

6. With the aforesaid observation and without expressing any opinion on merit, this PIL is disposed of.
