The police case is dated May 23, 2022. There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner.

Execution of proclamation process was completed. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 879 of 2024 is disposed of.
