The learned advocate for the alleged contemnor has submitted a report in the Court today. Let that be taken on record.

On perusal thereof and after considering the submissions on behalf of the alleged contemnor, the Court finds that, by dint of a reasoned order dated April 11, 2025, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Bardhaman, has decided as regards the petitioner's prayer. In that way, the said alleged contemnor has substantially complied with the order of this Court dated October 3, 2024, wherein the Court has directed the alleged contemnor to consider and

dispose of the petitioner's application and prayer dated July 15, 2019.

Under such circumstances, the Court finds no further points for adjudication in the present contempt application. Hence, the contempt application being CPAN 465 of 2025 is disposed of.
