In view of the said accusations, if the petitioner is able to provide materials before the police authorities, the police authorities would, if they find that any cognizable offence is made out, proceed

in accordance with law.

So far as the deactivation of all CCTVs which have been installed without the permission of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner would be well advised to approach the jurisdictional civil court. If the learned civil court passes any necessary direction(s) including the direction(s) upon the police authorities, the police authorities would render appropriate assistance for implementation of the order of the civil court.

Learned advocate for the respondent not. 4 to 7 is present and, dispute and denies the accusations made in the writ petition.

Having considered the submissions advanced by both the parties, the police authorities are directed that in case any dispute and/or difference crops up which is blown out of proportion, the police authorities would ensure that no breach of

the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of inimical relationship existing amongst the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6403 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over amongst the parties.
