Mrs. Sabita Khutia (Bhunya) ..for the petitioner Mr. Jaladhi Das ..for the State The petitioner has received the arrear pension. His claim is for interest on the said amount. This court is not inclined to pass any order for interest on the said amount of money which he has already received.

Therefore, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.
