Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner alleges police inaction and submits that investigation has not been done properly and no charge sheet has been submitted in the cases registered at the behest of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. Enquiry revealed that an individual had entered into an agreement with the petitioner for purchasing her property. Although, he gave Rs.19,00,000/- out of a total consideration of Rs.33,00,000/-, the petitioner did not go ahead with the sale. Finally, that other person committed suicide. Later on, the son of that victim came to the petitioner and wanted to settle the matter. In retaliation, the petitioner started two criminal cases against him, one being Kharagpur (T) PS Case 626 dated 07.11.2021 under sections 341, 323, 429, 506 and 34 of the Penal Code and the other being Kharagpur(T) PS Case No.343 dated 08.06.2022 under Sections 448, 354D, 506 and 34 of the Penal Code. However,

charge sheets have been submitted in the cases in accordance with law.

It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Charge sheets have been submitted in respect of two FIRs lodged by her.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

However, police authorities shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
