It has been submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that though this writ petition was filed against the Income Tax Authority but actually it was the fight between the private parties and that has been settled out of court and the petitioner has got no grievance against the respondent/Income Tax Authority.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition, being WPA 5163 of 2020, is disposed of with no further order. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
