None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 11.01.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioners are found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. In this revision the petitioners have challenged the proceedings being G.R. Case no. 2685 of 2013 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore. The case is connected with Karaya Police Station Case No. 265 of 2013 dated 24.05.2013 under Sections 406/409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have also challenged all orders passed by the Court in the said case including an order dated 09.07.2015. The petitioners have pleaded regarding absence of any tangible material against him to opine the same to have made out any cognizable offence against him. The petitioners have also pleaded his innocence and non-involvement in the alleged offence.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioners I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 776 of 2016 is dismissed.
