Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon the Howrah Municipal Corporation to conclude the demolition proceeding initiated under Section 177(1) of the Howrah Municipal Corporation

Act, 1980 within a period of six weeks from date in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 6964 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
