Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Apparently, the petitioner is an employee of a company. Apparently, the petitioner was in a position to handle cash. The de facto complainant claims that, petitioner misutilised his position to defraud the company.

Amount in excess of Rs.13 lakhs in involved.

In such circumstances, a prima facie case stands made out as against the petitioner.

We, therefore, unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1150 of 2023 is dismissed.
