who were directed by this court to give appointment after recommendation, 185 candidates have been recommended and 185 candidates have been appointed. Mr. Dasgupta, learned advocate for the petitioners, also submitted the same thing.

Two persons who are the petitioners in WPA 20267 of 2022 (Noor Alam & Ors. -Vs.- State of W.B. & Ors.) could not be given recommendation because, according to the Board, they have not qualified in TET 2014 even after awarding six marks.

Mr. Dasgupta, learned advocate for the petitioners, has submitted that this matter is required to be looked into further and, according to them, both of them have qualified.

I direct the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, specially its Secretary, to fix a date of hearing in respect of these two persons, namely Kamal Kumar Kandar and Rajen Das, on any date after 17th October, 2022 when they will have the liberty to be represented through their learned advocates. The Board shall also have the liberty to take the assistance of its lawyers. After hearing a reasoned order is required to be passed taking into account the submissions made by or on behalf of the parties and to place the same before this court on 16th November, 2022. The reasoned order

must contain the breakup of marks of those two candidates regarding whose appointment some controversies are raised.

Except WPA 20267 of 2022, all other writ applications covered by this order are disposed of. The reports filed by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education in respective matters, be kept in respective files.

List the matter on 16th November, 2022 under the heading 'For orders', when it will be taken up at 1 p.m. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
