Hassan ...for the Primary School Board The petitioner relies upon one judgement delivered by this court which has been annexed at Page 56 of the writ application. The petitioner prays for similar relief as the petition is similarly circumstanced with the petitioner in respect of whom the judgement was delivered by this court (in WPA 5505 of 2022).

Learned advocate for the Board has not opposed this and on the contrary he has said that the order of this court will be complied with.

Therefore, I direct the Board to grant the similar relief to the petitioner as was given to the writ petitioner of WPA 5505 of 2022. Such relief has to be granted by three weeks from date.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
