Leave granted to the advocate on record to the petitioner to implead the present incumbent as party respondent in the contempt application. The present incumbent shall be obliged to comply the order passed by the Court.

The petitioners allege violation of the direction passed in the order dated 18.05.2023.

The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 16.05.2024.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the alleged contemnors to comply the direction passed by the Court.
