This revisional application has been filed by the plaintiffs praying for expeditious disposal of the interlocutory applications in Title Suit No.36 of 2019, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bolpur, Birbhum.

It appears that several applications have been filed by the respective parties but, none of the applications have been disposed of.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of without going into the merits of the pending applications and the case and counter-case of the parties, but with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of all the pending applications expeditiously according to the priority they deserve and upon allowing one last chance to the contesting parties to file their written objection, if the same have not been filed as yet.

The learned court below shall dispose of the said applications within a period of five months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

The learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law on the merits of the applications. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
