Re: CPAN 299 of 2022 The petitioners are alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court on March 22, 2021 in WPA No. 6786 of 2021.

The said writ petition was disposed of by directing the Special Land Acquisition Officer the respondent no.3 to the petition and the alleged contemnor herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners annexed with the writ petition being annexure 'P-3' in accordance with law.

The representation since has been disposed of, the petitioners cannot allege non-payment of compensation amounts to violation of the said order dated March 22, 2021.

The contempt application is misconceived, CPAN 299 of 2022 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
