Petitioner submits that the order, which has been passed by the alleged contemner in compliance of my order dated December 21, 2020, is not satisfactory. Considering such submission, I am of the view that it does not give rise to contempt proceeding and that if petitioner at all is not satisfied with the order which has been passed in compliance of my order, it gives rise to a fresh cause of action and accordingly he may initiate appropriate proceeding against that.

In view of the observations made above, the contempt petition, CPAN No.286 of 2021, stands dismissed. [Md. Nizamuddin, J]
