Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/defendant submits that long before the written statement has already been submitted by the petitioner/defendant, but in so many words, the written statement has not yet been accepted by the court below.

As per submission disclosed by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the next date is fixed in June, 2022, for acceptance of the written statement, filed by the petitioner/defendant.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be

necessary. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, at Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in Title Suit No.177 of 2011 is requested to make effective utilization of the next date fixed for acceptance of the written statement filed by the petitioner/defendant, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and opposite party as well.

With this direction and observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
