Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as he claims that he has been abused by his wife publicly over his caste. To that effect, he informed the concerned police station but till date no action has been taken.

State has submitted a report. Let the report be kept with the record.

5/wife denies and disputes the accusations so far as it relates to the provisions and offences relating to SC&ST (POA) Act, 1989 is concerned.

In view of the petitioner alleging offences under the relevant provisions of the special act,

petitioner would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application under section 175(3) before the learned Special Court.

Learned Special Court will conduct an enquiry and assess regarding the correctness of the same and thereafter exercise its discretion in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6576 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
