1. By filing this Public Interest Litigation the petitioner alleges that the land which has been classified as 8doba9 is illegally utilising for construction of a building and the respondent No.9 has alleged to have obtained a sanctioned plan from the respondent No.6. In the writ petition except for a copy of the representation there is no other record. The petitioner has not even taken any effort to ascertain the correct classification of the land and record of right has not been annexed to the writ petition. Thus, it is evidently clear that the petitioner has not done any ground work before venturing to file a Public Interest Litigation before this court. This needs to be deprecated as a public interest litigant has to be vigilant and exhausts all avenues before he approaches this court. The present attempt of the petitioner appears to be a hurried attempt.

Since we find no ground to interfere with the writ petition this Public Interest Litigation is dismissed.
