And In Re : Chandan @ Babu Gorai @ Chandan Gorai ..... petitioner Mr. Kaushik Choudhury ... for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, learned APP Mr. Arabinda Manna ... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for bail. It is also submitted co-accuseds have been granted bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Stolen articles i.e. gold ornaments were recovered from the petitioner. His complicity stands on a different footing than that of coaccuseds who are on bail. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
