Dutta, Mr. Santanu De Roy ...... for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The mother-in-law and the husband of the deceased have already been enlarged on bail. In view thereof, custodial detention of the petitioner is not warranted.

Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary, the nature of allegations and the fact that the mother-in-law and the husband of the deceased have already been enlarged on bail, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Bhuban Mondal @ Mandal be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and

subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The application for bail being C.R.M. No.2872 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of.
