Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 194 days. He refers to the fact that the petitioner is with the six years old child. The weapon was recovered from her husband.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner and her husband absconded after the incident. At the instigation of the petitioner her husband shot three persons two of whom died and third one suffered grievous hurt. The petitioner along with her husband was arrested at Meghalaya trying to flee to Bangladesh.

The victim is represented.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the conduct of the petitioner post to the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
