Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the victim was 15 years of age is yet to be recovered. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, the requirement of custodial interrogation of all the petitioners cannot be discounted at this stage. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to any of the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1620 of 2022 is dismissed.
