The starting two points are Goaltore and Adharnayan as is available in the representation made by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Paschim Medinipur as also the Inspector-in-Charge of Garbeta Police Station.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is facing resistance at Chandrakona Road while plying his

vehicle.

As the petitioner is facing resistance, the police authorities would only see to that while the petitioner's vehicle (Bus) being WB- 49N 2396 is plying through that road, the vehicle is not faced with any inconveniences provided the petitioner is having all the relevant documents with him.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6410 of 2025 is disposed of.
