This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated November 4, 2024.

At the outset Mr. Shushobhan Sengupta, learned counsel submits that, they have filed a review application being R.V.W. 188 of 2025 along with a stay application being CAN 1 of 2025. Copy has been served upon the learned counsel Mr. Biswas for the petitioner today in Court.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding stands adjourned until disposal of the said review application.
