The petitioners are aggrieved that the private respondent has forcefully occupied a portion of his land. Admittedly a misc. case No. 68 of 2018 in the case of Tapan Kr. Ghosh vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. is pending. An injunction has been passed. It is not known whether the injunction is subsisting as on date. Be that as it may, the concerned police station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in this area.

The parties may seek civil or statutory remedies in accordance with law.

The report of the police is kept with the record.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
