The grievance of the petitioner is directed against an order dated November 13, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a categorical direction contained in the above order, the alleged contemnor no. 1 being the Block Development Officer, Kultali, South 24 Parganas has not complied with the same.

On behalf of the alleged contemnor, it is submitted that notwithstanding the fact that two notices for hearing have been issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has deliberately and intentionally chosen not to be represented. In view of the above, CPAN 466 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Block Development

Officer, Kultali, South 24 Parganas being the alleged contemnor no. 1 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
