The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the tender cancellation order dated 27.01.2021.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner's grievance is misplaced since the respondent authority can always cancel a tender floated by them. It also appears that the tender was cancelled at the very preliminary stage.

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty reserved to the writ petitioner to participate in any future tenders that are invited by the respondents, subject to satisfaction of any eligibility criteria therein. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
