Ritambhar Maiti alias Rishieraj Ritambhar Maiti Mr. Amit Kr Raidani ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of pending litigation being Matrimonial Suit No.280 of 2019, now pending before learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court, at Alipore is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

Upon furnishing the case status information, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, the opposite party/husband has already entered his appearance, and the case is posted for furnishing written statement.

As per submission disclosed, there is no interlocutory application pending at the instance of the petitioner/wife, even an application praying for alimony pendete lite. This is a suit for dissolution of marriage under Section 27 of the Special Marriage Act. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be

necessary. Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, in connection with Matrimonial Suit No.280 of 2019, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of suit referred hereinabove, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

While endeavouring such exercise, the interlocutory applications, if there be any pending, must also be disposed of before rendering logical conclusion of the suit.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party, and opposite party as well.

With this observation/directions, the revisional application stands disposed of.
