We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had set his wife and minor child on fire. Pursuant to direction given by this court in CRM 5582 of 2021 trial has progressed. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trail court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
