Heard learned counsels for the parties.

A young boy of 21 years was brutally beaten to death. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer vehemently.

Considering the material on record demonstrating clinching evidence against the petitioners as well as gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioners in both the applications is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
