Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities. To that effect petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.02.2023. The said representation was for taking appropriate steps against the miscreants who obstructed peaceful cultivation and also created obstruction at the time of harvest.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Rupsha Chakraborty, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have taken into account the earlier order which was passed in WPA 13395 of 2021 by a Coordinate Bench. Having considered that the police authorities were well aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, I am of the opinion that as

more than two years have passed since the representation was submitted before the concerned police authorities, a fresh representation if required would be filed before the Officer-in-Charge, Minakhan Police Station who would assess the ground reality and thereafter take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6590 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
