We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a foreign national. He had relied on false documents in support of his plea of citizenship. Under such circumstances bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down earlier. Hence, we do not wish to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
