This matter is listed for correction of a typographical mistake crept in the order dated 22.05.2025.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the said order, the name of the appellant has inadvertently typed as 'Sananda Ghosh' instead of 'Sadananda Ghosh'. 3.

This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 22.05.2025.
